These frameworks are designed to ensure that concerns are investigated fairly and resolved appropriately.

Where a report of sexual harassment or misconduct is made to the University by one of our students, this will be investigated under the Student Complaint Procedure Category B, which is outlined in section 10 of the relevant Handbook of Student Regulations.
