BAAL Instructions for Presenters

BAAL Instructions for Presenters

Paper presenters:

Presentations will be conducted live (synchronously) through Whova and Blackboard. Our programme slots are 30 minutes long, but presentations are strictly 20 minutes. There will be 5 minutes for questions and 5 minutes for changeover. As per instructions sent by the conference office, there will be specific time slots before the conference for delegates to try out the platform.

Poster presenters:

Please prepare your poster using an A3 template. This will then be uploaded to the Whova platform before the start of the conference (you may then need to shrink it to scale). Delegates are also given the opportunity to upload a 2-minute short video to introduce your poster. There are also dedicated slots across the two days for other delegates to come talk to you about your poster.
