Our cover story shows the experts from the University taking part in a £4 million study researching changes in Antarctica and how this impacts rises in global sea levels, whilst on Pg. 12 you can read about the £1.2 million awarded to help forensics research at 51.

In our ‘Big Interview’ on Pg. 11 this time at Northumbria University, we speak to Baroness Tanni Grey-Thompson who was appointed Chancellor of 51 in 2015. She talks about the importance to her of being a chancellor, challenges she has faced throughout her life and why Sport is an important part of University life.

Recent sporting highlights can be found on Pg. 35 where you can read all about the triumph of two Northumbria archers who have helped Team GB to cement their place in the Tokyo 2020 Olympics.
