Philip Cash

Philip is a Professor of Design. He received a PhD in engineering design from the University of Bath in 2012. His research focuses on design processes with a particular interest in the processes and methods of design for behaviour change. He also works on research quality in design.

Over the last decade he has published multiple journal papers on design and innovation processes and design for behaviour change, based on close collaboration with industry as well as co-authors from behavioural science, management, and design. He has also published extensively on design research quality, theory, and research methods, and has led the Research Notes and other quality related projects.
